Founders raising money need a deck that looks as convincing as their plan sounds, and they need it before a fixed date with investors. A pitch deck quotation works best when it prices slides individually, because the story tends to grow from twelve slides to twenty in the first meeting. This template starts with a short workshop to fix the storyline, prices each slide and each redrawn chart, and adds a version that reads well without a speaker, plus a master the team can keep editing.

Frequently asked questions
The investor meeting moved forward a week. Can I charge for the rush?
If your quotation named a delivery date and a rush rate, apply it on a separate line. Without that, agree the surcharge in writing before you start working evenings.
Should I write the content as well as design it?
Only if it is quoted. Writing the story is a different skill from laying it out; if you do both, add a copywriting line so the client sees the split.
How is the sales tax worked out on this quotation?
The worked example above uses an example rate of 8%: $216.00 on a net amount of $2,700.00, for a total of $2,916.00. The editor recalculates all three when you change a quantity, a price or the country.
Can I download it as Excel, Word or PDF?
Yes. A PDF needs no account: fill in the template and use Print / PDF. The Excel and Word files download from this page with a free account, and the spreadsheet keeps its formulas, so changing a quantity updates the tax and the total.
Can I add my logo and signature?
Yes. The From section of the editor has a place for your company logo and for a signature or seal image. Uploading a picture needs a free account, and a member can keep both in settings so that every new document starts with them.
