Accounts
Sign-in is required to create and manage documents. Keep account credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access.
Your documents
You are responsible for the accuracy of documents, permissions to use uploaded content and compliance with requirements that apply to your business. Review tax calculations and payment instructions before sharing.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to distribute unlawful content, impersonate others, collect information without authorization or interfere with the service. Do not submit sensitive customer documents to public community areas.
Availability and changes
Features and availability can change. Keep copies of documents you need for business records. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
