Document tools for everyday business
QuoteBill helps freelancers and small businesses make the paperwork around a job: quotations, invoices, proforma invoices, receipts, credit notes, purchase orders, delivery notes, work orders, statements of account and commercial invoices. Start from a free template, choose a design and a language, then print it or save it as PDF from your browser’s print dialog, or download it as Word or Excel. One document turns into the next, so the client and the line items are never typed twice. You can try it without an account: fill in a template, print it or save it as a PDF. Saving a document to your account and downloading the ten kinds as Word or Excel files need a free account.
Contracts you can get signed online
Members can write a contract from a sample or from a quotation, send each signer a secure link and collect a simple electronic signature with an audit trail (E-Contracts). Signers need no account. It is not an advanced or qualified electronic signature, QuoteBill does not verify who signs, and the sample contracts are not legal advice. It is free for members, with the daily limits described on the E-Contracts page.
Forms and sample contracts
Forms Top 100 lists a hundred business forms, from a resignation letter, an NDA and an employment contract to HR, finance, legal, sales, trade and project forms. The forms you fill in come as an international version and, where they exist, versions for Korea, Japan, Germany, the United States and the United Kingdom, in several designs, and the details you save once fill the matching fields. The forms are free: you can fill one in, print it or save it as PDF and download Word without an account, and saving it to your account needs a free account. The 119 sample contracts of E-Contracts are for signing online and are a separate list. Forms and samples are templates, not legal, tax or accounting advice.
Calculators for invoices abroad
The VAT and GST calculator adds tax to a net price or takes it out of a price that includes it, with the standard rate, its source and the date it was checked for each country it covers. The currency converter shows an invoice total at the European Central Bank’s daily reference rate, or at a rate you type. They are calculators, not tax advice: reduced rates, exemptions and thresholds are not covered, and a converted figure is indicative.
Use it from an AI app or your own tools
Members can connect QuoteBill to ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini CLI by signing in from the app and choosing Allow on QuoteBill’s consent screen. The AI can then find templates, total a document with a country’s published tax rate, draft a document that opens in the editor and turn a draft into the next document, show a sample contract (a sample, not legal advice), add or take out VAT or GST and convert currencies at indicative rates. A small API with personal keys lets Make, Zapier, n8n or a script create draft documents in a member’s own account. Neither can send, sign or delete anything on your behalf, and you can disconnect an AI app or revoke a key at any time.
Languages, community and what is new
The editor and the documents work in 33 languages. The guides, the calculators, the sample contracts’ texts and the release log are written in English, Korean, Japanese and German, and other languages read the English pages. Members share questions and ideas in the community, the Articles hold news and how-to guides, and the What’s new page lists, release by release, what changed.
