What you can write to us about
- Product questions: how a template, a calculator or a setting works, or what a page means.
- Problems: something that does not work, or that looks wrong on your screen.
- Suggestions: a template or a feature that is missing, or a mistake you found on a page. Ideas for templates can also go to the Template requests page, where other members can vote for them.
- Privacy requests: seeing, correcting or deleting what QuoteBill stores about you. The privacy notice explains what that is.
- Security reports: if you think you have found a weakness, write to the same address and describe what you saw. The security page explains how QuoteBill protects accounts and documents.
- Contracts you signed: you do not need an account to ask what was recorded about you when you signed through a QuoteBill link, or to report a contract that looks abusive.
What helps us answer quickly
For a problem, tell us the address of the page (copy it from your browser’s address bar), the browser and the device you use, what you did step by step, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot of the page helps.
Please do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, bank details or complete customer documents. If a document is needed to understand the problem, describe it instead, or send a copy with the names and amounts removed.
This page is available in English and Korean, and writing in either is the surest way to be understood.
