Frequently asked questions
The client needs temperature records for an inspector. Does the quotation cover that?
Say what the dashboard exports, such as a monthly report, and how long readings are kept. Whether those records meet an inspector's requirements is for the client to check with the authority.
Who replaces the sensor batteries?
State it in the notes. Many plans include a visit when batteries run low; otherwise quote replacement visits per sensor so the client can budget for them.
How is the sales tax worked out on this quotation?
