Ask ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for a quotation, and get a finished one

Connect QuoteBill to the AI app you already use, once, and the quotations and invoices you ask for in a chat come back with the tax already worked out. How to connect, what to ask, and what happens to your information.

Tell the AI you already use "make me a quotation", and QuoteBill builds the document from its templates and tax rates, with every figure worked out. It is free for members, and you connect it once.

■ What to ask
"Make an invoice for a client in Japan. Website design ¥480,000, maintenance ¥25,000 a month for three months, and 5% off the maintenance only."
→ The AI works out a subtotal of ¥551,250, consumption tax of ¥55,125 and a total of ¥606,375, and gives you a link to the invoice.
→ The link opens it in the QuoteBill editor. Change anything, then save a PDF, or download Excel and Word files that look exactly like the document on screen.

■ How to connect (three minutes, once)
1. If you are not a QuoteBill member yet, sign up first. With a Google account it takes a few seconds.
2. Copy the connection address: https://quotebill.com/mcp
3. Add it to your AI app.
 · Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → name it QuoteBill and paste the address
 · ChatGPT on the web: turn on developer mode in Settings, then create an app with the address and choose OAuth
 · Developer tools such as Gemini CLI, Claude Code and Cursor: add the same address as an MCP server
4. When QuoteBill's sign-in opens, sign in and choose Allow. After the first time it opens straight away.

■ Your information stays yours
· The AI app cannot see your saved documents, your profile or your password. Disconnect it any time under Connected AI apps in your company settings.
· Client names and amounts are not stored on our servers. The document travels inside the link and opens only in your browser.
· Every tax rate comes with its official source and the date it was checked. Check the figures before you send anything.

■ What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI apps use other services as tools. You do not need to know more than that: you add one address.
