Most people do not want a blank page, they want the invoice a plumber, a photographer or a translator would write. QuoteBill has 536 templates in 33 languages, and many are written for a particular job. This article shows how to find yours. Search by job Open the template library and type your trade into the search box: plumber, photographer, web developer, tutor, electrician, handyman, musician, translator, freelance writer, video editor, voice-over, house cleaning, coaching. Use the kind filter if you know which document you need, for example an invoice, a quotation, a receipt or an estimate, and the category list to narrow down the rest. If you use an AI assistant connected to QuoteBill, it can search the same templates for you. What the job templates look like Each is a prefilled document you can edit, with example lines that fit the work. Some change how the amount is built: a translator’s invoice by source word, a translator’s timesheet invoice by hours and tasks, a freelance writer’s invoice by article or word, a video editor’s by finished minute or video, a voice-over invoice by finished minute and usage. There are receipts for personal-trainer lessons and packages and for a taxi ride, and an estimate for building a deck, with labour, materials, equipment hire, subcontractors, permit fees, a contingency line, how long the estimate stays valid and a payment schedule. What a template page tells you Every template has its own page with an example and a short note on what to check. The wording stays plain: templates do not state tax rates, because rates depend on your country and your registration, so check how tax applies where you work. A receipt records a payment and nothing else, and an estimate is not a contract until the client accepts it. What you can do without an account You can open a template page, read it, fill it in and print it or save it as a PDF without signing up. Saving a document to your account and downloading it as a Word or Excel file need a free account. After the first document Once you have an invoice, "Make next document" opens the receipt, the credit note or the delivery note with the client and the line items already filled in. The same works from a quotation to an invoice. If a client needs a signed agreement before the job, start a contract from the quotation. Missing a job?
